The Drive TT represents a significant technological advancement over the Velo TT.

It features with expanded internal width of 22mm、50T star Ratchet、reduced overall weight and enhanced aerodynamic performance.

Extensive testing at the Silverstone Engineering Hub in the UK, the Drive TT achieves only 76W power requirement to maintain 45km/h.

Engineered for precision performance where every watt matters, the Drive TT delivers the decisive aerodynamic advantage for time trials and triathlon competition.

This isn’t just about speed – it’s about scientifically engineered superiority.

*Instructions for the first assembly:

Tubeless tires must be ridden for at least 25 km directly after the sealant is added so as to ensure they are airtight.

*Availability Status:

1) Silver decals, usually shipped in 7-10 days;

2) Black decals on backorder, usually shipped in 20-30 days.

FAQ

Can I use disc brake wheels on my QR (quick release) compatible frame?
No. The Drive TT does not support QR(quick release)
1.85mm spacers are required for Shimano 9/10-speed cassettes fitted on Shimano HG freehubs. Spacers are also required when pairing most SRAM XD MTB cassettes with SRAM XDR freehubs
Unlike quick releases, there are many thru-axle standards. What you need depends on your frame's make and model. There are many thread types,
such as M12x1.0mm, M12x1.5mm, M12x1.75mm, etc... For example, M12 means the outer thread diameter is 12mm, and 1.0mm means the thread pitch is 1.0mm.
Because of the variety of standards, we do not provide thru-axles. If you need a new thru-axle(s), please contact your frame brand for more information
Yes. The Drive TT Disc uses center lock hubs by default, but if you want to use 6-bolt,
contact us and we will send you an adapter at no extra cost
As all our our hubs have high-precision manufacturing tolerances, bearing play is significantly reduced.
Because of this, the likelihood of bearings being damaged is extremely low

The rider weight limit includes the total weight of the rider, bike, gear, and any other accessories.
Please do not exceed this weight
The best tire pressure for you depends on many factors: the rim width, type of bike and tires, rider weight, road conditions and weather conditions.
Please see our user guide for more information.

Each one of our carbon rims has been strictly tested before shipment.

Wider Rims

Compared to our previous TT wheels, the new Drive TT features a wider 22mm internal rim width without compromising aerodynamics.

This upgrade allows for the use of 700×25–40c tires, improving ride comfort over long distances and rough surfaces.

Marginal Gains

At Elitewheels, we believe in the power of marginal gains—small, deliberate improvements that add up to a big performance edge. That philosophy is built into every detail of the new Drive TT wheel.

For the first time, we’ve introduced the sail effect design concept, refined through extensive data analysis to enhance aerodynamic efficiency. (Sail effect: At certain yaw angles, the interaction between the wheel and wind direction can generate forward thrust, reducing aerodynamic drag and lowering rider power output.) This was validated through wind tunnel testing at Silverstone, UK, where under optimal conditions, the Drive TT required as little as 76W of power at 45 km/h -20°yaw angle.

Performance Hub

Crafted from high-strength 7075 aluminum, both the front and rear hubs are built for durability and performance. They are equipped with premium S&S Ceramic for smooth, long-lasting operation.

The lightweight freehub features an upgraded 50T tapered ratchet system with a 7.2° engagement angle, delivering rapid responsiveness. Unlike traditional flat ratchets, the specially angled tooth surfaces enable automatic self-alignment, which increases the engagement area. This design not only enhances stability and reliability but also reduces stress on the tooth surfaces, minimizing wear and extending the hub’s overall lifespan.
